The company is committed to the area of research and development because we know that our strength and future is manifested in and shaped by that department. The research and development department falls directly under the purview of the managing director and is staffed with several individuals whom apart from having the necessary formal qualifications also have years of hands-on experience in this industry. The research and development department is fitted with equipment that makes extensive and detail research possible. 

The department has over the years created and developed products and product enhancements for some of the most important industries in Trinidad and Tobago and regionally. The company has as a result been able to provide a technical service specific to the industry concerned. The company's technical know-how achieved through research and development has put it ahead of the competition.
